4. Service Description

Ghost Hunter Pro offers features for recurring charge detection, statement interpretation, and subscription organization. Outputs may include AI-assisted insights and confidence indicators. You are responsible for independent verification before acting on any output.

5. Fees, Billing, and Refunds

• Certain features may require payment, one-time purchase, or subscription.
• Prices, billing cycles, and terms are disclosed at purchase flow or store listing.
• Unless required by law or platform policy, charges are non-refundable.
• Third-party payment processors/platforms may apply additional terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Upload content you do not have authority to process.
• Interfere with service operation, security, or access controls.
• Attempt reverse engineering, unauthorized scraping, or exploit attempts.

7. Intellectual Property and License

9. AI and Output Disclaimer

AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. You acknowledge that all outputs are provided "as is" and require your independent review. Ghost Hunter Pro does not guarantee detection of every recurring charge, merchant pattern, or billing event.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost Hunter Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ghost Hunter Pro from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our reasonable discretion for legal, security, or policy reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
